1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 8k8app website accessible at https://8k8app.org, including all games, features, content, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their Account in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 8k8app that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8k8app Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without registering. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 8k8app Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8k8app, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 8k8app Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 8k8app reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 8k8app support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access the Platform.

8k8app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 8k8app Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at our discretion.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method being used.
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 8k8app does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8k8app bears no responsibility.

8k8app reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 8k8app reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Only Real Money Balance (not Bonus Balance) is eligible for withdrawal, subject to any applicable wagering requirements having been met.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• 8k8app reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or where unusual activity is detected.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of software errors, or violation of these Terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

8k8app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus terms applicable to all 8k8app promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 8k8app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonus revoked and their Account suspended.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 8k8app Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, keno, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

8k8app uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round:

• 8k8app reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.
• Any winnings generated as a direct result of a software error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• 8k8app's decision in relation to any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in our support documentation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8app Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to 8k8app support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8k8app staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8app Platform — including but not limited to the 8k8app brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8k8app or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 8k8app.
• Use the 8k8app brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.

8k8app's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

8k8app is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on our Platform. We recognize that while gaming is a form of entertainment for the vast majority of our players, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. We take this seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 8k8app players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

8k8app strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will never knowingly allow underage individuals to access the Platform. If you are aware of an underage person accessing 8k8app, please contact our support team immediately.

13 Suspension & Termination

8k8app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, 8k8app reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request without cause, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

8k8app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will never be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k8app Platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

8k8app's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final, subject to the formal dispute process described above. We are committed to treating all Players fairly and transparently in the resolution of any dispute.

16 Amendments to These Terms

8k8app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
